Play store is not download and update apps

Hello dears,
I have m90.I tried many method but all method is useless.I did uninstall update,deleted cach,removed account and reentered account and also download new version of play store but play store is not downloading still now.I also restored my phone.same problem exist now.
Please any one solve this issue.

Does this happen on any wi-fi network, or only your home network? If the device has mobile data, does it also happen if that's on?
