We’ve made some great new improvements to Assist which you’ll find in today’s Play Store update.

- People who use more than one calendar on their Google account can now choose which one to use for meeting activity, the feature that knows when you’re busy based on your calendar and silences calls when you don’t want to be bothered. So if it’s OK to be interrupted during your workout schedule and your spouse’s class schedule but not OK to be interrupted during meetings and family time—you can make the choice.

- We’ve been squashing some bugs. RIP.

I don't see any way to choose the calendar on Meetings for Moto Assist

In the assist app, menu from the main screen, settings, tap the arrow to the right of "meeting" - that let's you select which calendars are used.
