Play store not updating or downloading any apps

Today I got home, connected to my wi-fi and onto youtube where I kept getting the "Connection to server lost touch to try again" error, I looked up some solutions and reverted the youtube app back to factory version, I tried over and over again to update it but the google store just doesn't. It just keeps on loading forever ever and ever, I alredy restarted, took off the batery, factory reset. Nothing works.

Is this a problem with my phone or the servers?

Did you try to wipe the data of the play store in the settings?

Yeah it still just keeps loading forever

Guys if you are having problem with downloading or updating apps then download tunnel bear or hideman vpn APK to your computer then transfer to your phone or SD card and then install that APK then launch vpn app and select USA country then go to play store now try to download or update your apps i will work 100% guaranteed!!!!!
