play store not working

Its been hours now I tried downloading some apps from. Play store and when I tap on install then a drop arrow appear on notification but it disappear quickly and app is not downloaded my net is working fine jua don't know what the problem is even memory card space is also not low
I am using micromax android one a1

Welcome to Android Central! Did the phone come with Play Store preinstalled, or did you have to install it manually? Are all of your other Google apps (like Gmail, Calendar, etc.) working normally?

Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Force Stop, then Clear Cache/Data. Do the same for Download Manager. If that doesn't help, then go to Settings>Accounts, remove your Google account, and add it back again.
