Play store only shows apps, why doesn't it show videos, books, music, etc.?

Play store only shows apps

Google play store suddenly only shows apps tab, it no longer shows books, music etc. i have cleared data and cache on app and google services and rebooted but no improvement. Any idea?

Does it even happen when you select "store home" in the side menu?
