Play store update notifications dumbed down

Android used to show a notification for each app that was updated that I could tap into at my leisure and see the changes to the app. Now they all combine into one line which just takes me to my apps list and I have to look at the list of recently updated apps which mixes in with apps I may have already checked out. What a pain. Why did they make something useful difficult?

I haven't found a way to provide feedback or make a request to Google about this functionality; is there somewhere I can complain that they'll actually listen to? They seem to be following some philosophy that "less is more"... I don't want an iPhone!

You mean only having one single notification instead of many that fill up your notification tray really quickly? Yeah, I prefer not having notifications flooding the notification tray. And anyways, the "Recently Updated" section in the Installed apps screen is there for this very reason.

I think it would be nice to have a way to easily remove something from the recently updated watch list.

Google changed the time frame from 5 to 3 days. Apps that were updated earlier than that won't show up in the Recently Updated section.

I've noticed another change. On my phone I can see the changes before I decide to install them. On my Nexus 10 I cannot. Not happy with that at all....
