have you tried to reset phone .
just try it after backing up everything

Having the same issue. Newer phone on verizon.
It won't download or update anything when connected to LTE. It works fine on WiFi.
Cleared cache, and did a factory reset about 2 hours after it was delivered.

I upgraded my G4 Plus to 7.0 and issue went away.

Not sure if others are still having issues.
