Play Store

[Android Central Question]

Cannot download or update using play store so phone is now useless.

Have tried many fixes I found on line. Clearing cache, uninstalling play store updated, restarting, etc.

Any suggestions please?

Try clearing cache and data for the Download Manager and Google Services Framework apps.
