Player Pro?

My car is BT compatable so I can play music from my Evo 3D without having to connect it to my car. I then bought Player Pro because of it's equalizer and to improve the quality of the music played. The problem is that the stock music player will play when I get in the car and select BT as my car's output. I can also fast forward and rewind from the controls on my stearing wheel with the stock player.

I would like to be able to do this with Player Pro. Is this possible? Would deleting the stock music player allow this (if I can even delete the stock player)? If it doesn't work could I get the stock player back if I was allowed to delete it?

I know I am overthinking this but the quality of music from Player Pro is superior, but I am also all about less hassle, which is the stock player. Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions.
