I have a problem.when i opened on my qmobile xi6 playstore, it shows a error [retereiving information error[rh-01]

The Error Code RH-01 or rh01 occurs when Android Google Play Store faces an Error retrieving information from server. The “Error rh01” happens due to Play store updates and cache.

solution 1: remove your google account in the android settings and re-add it again
solution 2: clear the data and cache for all google services and force stop them in the application manager (all), reboot phone and it should work again
