Please Help!!! Apps/phone all messed up

Let me start off by saying I am brand new to droid or smart phones at all so I don't know a lot of the fancy stuff or abbreviations so please feel free to "dumb" it down for me

My phone was working fine, now on all of my downloaded apps I am getting force close errors, my task list erased all of my stuff in it, angry birds just disappeared out of thin air etc... a few apps I deleted and was able to redownload and they seemed to do ok but now I can't even get into android market, getting force close errors there too.

I have no idea what to do, can you PLEASE help me???!!!!

Are you using a task killer? If so remove it and restart your phone.

I did have a task manager, but I removed it a few days ago when system first went wacky and it's still doing it. I just checked to make sure it's off and rebooted again and still doing the same thing.

The original is an awesome device. I have it and it is troublefree. Task killer isn't good to use. Period. There is an issue with the market. But as far as being the original you have a very good phone

Both the 1 & 2 are great phones. Download My Backup and back up your apps and do a hard reset. Settings>privace>erase everything.....make sure you do not check the box for format sd card.
