Please help can't change and sounds.

When I try to change any sounds in settings I get this choose path popup but I cannot find the sounds anywhere.
Can someone help please?

Go to the system settings, tap Menu, then Reset All App Preferences. Then try selecting a sound -- does it give you a couple of options for ways to complete the task?

As an aside, I'd recommend against using ES File Explorer. It's owned by DO Global, which is infamous for making shady apps that shove ads everywhere they can and also handle your data in very questionable ways. Google actually kicked all of their apps out of the Play Store. I recommend Google's own Files by Google app, or Total Commander (which is free and ad-free).

Sorry I meant what does Google files and total commander offer over the Samsung files? I've never even thought to check out a different files app.

Total commander never used , google files not much over Samsung files

Files by Google has an Airdrop-like feature for wireless file-sharing to others who also have the app installed.

Samsung has similar feature quick share I believe in s20 , plus android beam
