please help (full storage)

Hey i got a xperia t2 ultra..
I dont know why my storage is full..
I have a micro sd card..any apps installed i already move to sd card but the phone storage still count and make it full..is it possible to save an apps to sd card?thanks

Moving an app to SD card only moves the app's data not the whole app so you are still limited by internal storage.
