PLEASE HELP! I am trying to do a system update

I'm not tech savy at all and this is really grating me. I'm trying to do the system update on my Galaxy S5. I have cleared the cache, I've moved all my contacts to my SIM and I've cleared a lot of photos and apps off my phone and its still telling me I don't have enough device storage .... I have no idea what else I can safely delete from my phone. Can someone please help me?
Its saying I need 1859 MB and only have 1619MB
