Hello, I received my LG V10 for Christmas this year and I have been in love with it ever since.
However, I've noticed this the entire time I've been using it and I didn't decide to seek out help until now. I have a few issues I will quickly go over.
The biggest and most annoying is my finger print scanner. I tried this WITH and WITHOUT a case and it doesn't help. I'll be lucky to get my finger print to work 3/4 times. It NEVER works when my fingers are sweaty, Or anything like that. And even after wiping my fingers off, it still doesn't work. And I feel like I can literally predict as to whether it will work or not before I actually test it. Its ridiculous. ALSO. As I press my home button to turn the screen on, I almost get lag I'll say. It'll take 2 or more. FULL seconds for the screen to turn on then the finger print scanner will read my finger. This phone should be doing this in an instant from what ive seen. But mine takes forever. Will a factory reset fix this? (I have not factory resetted it since I got it.)
Also sometimes I hit the home button and it lags to get there. I'll get a pop-up that says "loading" for a second then the home screen comes up. And sometimes it just takes a moment for the app icons to pop up.
I just feel like I'm not getting all I can out of this phone. I'm very happy with it But I want it to be working the way it should.
