So I had rooted my phone previously, and have not had any problems.. Well one of the apps I did use was Font Changer.. Which worked great up until yesterday when it apparently did not like the font I was going to try out.. So it rebooted my phone, and now here I am, cant get past the Virgin Mobile Animation. I have been reading these posts on how to fix it, with the adb and everything however, for the time being I am using an apple computer so I am not real sure on how to do that on one of these.. I know I have learned one thing, I am never messing with it like that again.. lol.. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! :'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(

Ok, so take the battery out of your phone. Then put it back in and hold down the VOL DOWN button, the BACK key, and the Power button, until the LG logo pops up and then dissapears. You will reboot into recovery mode, and if you have backed up your system, you can restore the backup. However, if you have not backed up, have no fear, you can always do a data/factory reset in recovery mode. This will reset the phone back to how it came to you (except you will still be rooted).

Oh by the way, in recovery, use the volume keys to move up and down, and the camera button to select.

I actually did try that but it doesn't do anything.. I tried the update.zip and restore to factory and to clear the cache too, did it all but the phone still wont get past the Virgin Mobile animation.. And I cant set my phone to Debugging either because I cant get into my phone.. Extremely frustrating..

did you try (while in recovery) to go to mounts/storage and mount your sd card. then you can drag files over (a rom and g apps) then follow simple instructions on flashing a rom listed at the top of any rom thread.

HELP please I am having a similar problem, except I cannot get out of the ClockworkMod Recovery v3.2.0.1 screen, I recently got this phone from a friend who had rooted it through gingerbreak... after i got it I hit factory reset in the privacy section(god know why) and now I can get out of this screen. I havent even had a chance to see what this phone is all about, please help... and to make matters worse, all I have is a mac, and im told theres not much u can do from a mac... all the help will be appreciated, thank you.:(:'(

whoo, high volume post there with the bold and increased font size.

anyway, you can still use adb on a mac, and that's what you'll need.
look at mmarz's post here
you probably need to do the adb shell commands listed in the post. that should clear your reboot loop and allow you to boot into your ROM.

download the xionia recovery (attached) and flash the recovery. then go to the advanced menu and reboot into recovery.
