Have you tried wiping cache like I said?

Go into bootloader on your phone (volume up, volume down and power)
Connect phone to computer
Go to toolkit and advanced utilities
Launch CMD prompt
Type in fastboot devices and enter

Okay well I think you only have two options now.. You can either use the toolkit and select return to stock + unroot while the bootloop option is selected or you could do it manually using the guide. If you do it manually, I think you might be able to keep your data

That's your command prompt - all qued up to run commands through wugfresh... When you typed in fastboot devices it looked to see if any devices are connected. It saw your phone so it returned the device's "address" on your system, otherwise you get the "no devices found" message. You're being asked to perform a test to check that wugfresh will see your phone and it passed.

tried the first option, doesn't work it just stays on this:

and I'll try the second option, but its extremely tricky for me, I'm a newbie lol.

You've got to give that time... That is Wug downloading the official ROM off the internet. It's like a half a GB or so.

Let it pull in the ROM and then try to flash.

Yep dont worry as it says on the window its downloading the official images. Depends on your internet speed how long the download will take. Its reassuring to know that it is incredibly difficult to brick your phone unless you go around flashing stuff not meant for your phone.

You need "occam" for Nexus 4. Put the ROM in a place where you can find it. (Desktop - dedicated N4 folder - etc.)

WugFresh will let you flash from a downloaded ROM. I had the same error with a Galaxy Nexus and successfully flashed a manually downloaded ROM.

You can do this.

Okay am I right in saying its taken you to the page which RumoredNow linked above? If so, download the nexus 4 one (dont get this wrong). From what I remember, I think you can download it anywhere and the toolkit should carry on but as RumoredNow said make sure you can find it

Did you close out the toolkit window? I'm pretty sure there should be an option to find the zip and then it should carry on
