Right, I'll explain what I've done.
I've unlocked and rooted the phone with no problems and have been running Android Revolution HD for a couple of weeks. Stupidly, I never backed up the phone!! I was having some issues so decided to try a different ROM but thats when things started getting strange. I then decided to run a RUU and return to stock but didn't know my firmware version so I used cmd and found the below

C:\FastBoot>fastboot getvar all
< waiting for device >
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.54.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4A.17.3250.14
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main:
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-ON
(bootloader) serialno: FA************
(bootloader) imei: *******************
(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product: m7_ul
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: PN0710000
(bootloader) cidnum: ORANG001
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 4279mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: on
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-d16dc66985
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0
all: Done!
finished. total time: 0.050s

I don't have a main version number, must have deleted it!!! Also, my superSU and superuser app don't work - I don't have the correct binaries.

I am a noob and now am stuck with what to do next. If any one could help it would be muchly appreciated.

Thanks.

Did you have the automatic HTC cloud backup enabled when you were running either the stock sense or the ARHD? If so you can just flash the latest android revolution HD and once it boots up you can restore from a previous HTC backup.

No, stupidly I didn't. I have a nandroid backup named-M7 CWM NANDROID BACKUP CID ORANG001 1.28.61.7 2013-04-22.ZIP but I can't get it to the correct directory to load in!! I'm not even sure this will work but I'm trying anything at the mo.

Damn, I wish I could help more, but I'm a noob myself at this. You say your super user isn't working and the binaries are incorrect, have you tried installing another version yet? I had to install another version of superuser when I first rooted because I had missing binaries. that might solve your problem there. I ended up scouring youtube looking for superuser links till I found one that worked. Probably an easier way, but it worked at the time.

Well I'm glad I'm reading your thread. I don't like the HTC One format of android and was considering rooting it and using a different OS. I am noober than a noob and have no clue what you're talking about so I will stick with the junk I got.
