PLEASE HELP - Stock browser talking out loud

I need help figuring out how to stop the stock browser from talking out loud on my Note 3 device. The talk back only happens when using the stock browser. No other apps or my Chrome browser does this. The easy fix is to simply not use the stock browser but it's driving me crazy not knowing how to fix this. Thanks.

No neither of those. It's very strange since it only happens when I use the stock browser.

You're right! Seems if I turn off Peeble under accessibility/services the stock browser behaves normal. But once I turn Pebble back on the talking back in the stock browser resumes. I've emailed Peeble for help. I'll post any fixes if I hear back from Peeble. Must be Samsung's way of getting Peeble users to convert to their Galaxy Gear. Ha
