Please help - stuck after ROM flash

I just flashed a Kings Rom unleashed r3 rom onto my Evo and it won't go farther than the animated scene with a robot holding a tommy gun. It just keep repeating itself. I have flashed a few roms before and never had any problems. Can someone walk me through fixing this please?

Additional info:
flashed rom with rom manager
Did not opt to wipe data, only dalvik
was going from cyanogen mod rom

You have to do the full wipe including data.

So how do I do that since it's stuck on this screen? I have taken the battery out and it keeps going to that screen. Not sure what to do.

Pull the battery. At the same time, press the power button and volume down. The will put you in recovery mode. Restore you nandroid back up.
