Unless it's a clear case lol. I really enjoyed my pixel 9 Pro XL without the case so will probably do the same with my 10.
I like the clear case but after time they seem to get yellow so I just get black it goes with pretty much everything.anf plus in my work Grease, oil, gas doesn't destroy it right away.

Awesome
I'm looking forward to the 10 pro , first time not getting the xl model
I'm having buyer's remorse. I started with the XL and switched to the Pro because I was buying a W4 also. I changed my mind on the watch, and really want the XL, but I don't want to cancel and reorder. Shipping is already pushed back a bit, and I used credits I don't want to wait to get returned.

Yeah if you change now you're going to be in the Sept 18-24 range , this year the device's are heavier than last year so the Pixel 10 pro might be the better option and they are not crazy in difference in size

Except for the Moonstone color, many of the other 10 Pro XL color/storage combinations are still available for August 29 - September 2 with free shipping or August 28 - 29 with expedited shipping ($18.99). At least that's what I see currently. The expedited shipping option probably isn't available if you are in CA, I believe, but if it's available, you should see a "Get Faster" option in the final checkout screen.

Your credit should come back within 5 minutes after cancelling. I did this yesterday, 256 GB to 512 GB, and reordering was pretty straightforward. I just got delayed by a day.

My original order was August 27-28 with $18.99 shipping, and my new pre-order is August 28-29 with $18.99 shipping. One day later and it sucks, but I'll survive.

I think you still have time to make the switch to XL and get the delivery in the first batch, if you are open to color/storage combinations.

This is the first time I didn't choose the XL model; I went with the Pro instead. I originally purchased the 128GB version but decided to switch to the 256GB for the UFS 4.0 upgrade. I don't use much storage, but I wanted the enhanced performance.

When I made the switch, it unexpectedly canceled my Google One 2TB trial from last year, which caused my account to exceed its storage limit. As a result, my Gmail, Photos, and everything else were affected. I couldn't simply reorder because I had store credits from previous purchases, and they weren't reinstated to my account right away. It turned into a long day filled with chats and calls to resolve the issue.

Just a heads-up: this may not happen to you, but that was my experience.

@subguy812 Thanks for sharing that. I also have Google 1. My subscription renewed almost immediately upon ordering. If I cancel, I bet it'll trigger your scenario. I had the $200 credit from last year's P9P and the surprise $150 from Google. Besides all that, reordering will likely push my delivery after Labor Day.

I'm going to stay put. Like @mustang7757 said, they're also a little heavier this year so keeping the Pro is probably best for me.

Man I am not sure how some got the 100-150 coupons and others of us are sitting here with a sad face. I will give Google One some credit, they gave me 1TB for free for 14 days so I had time to work out the storage issue. I had many calls and texts, I was just trying to help you avoid my nightmare day. Yes, I asked about the coupon and they had no idea what triggered it.

I switched this year because the feature gap between the Pro and XL was narrow. I always get whatever has the best camera and this year was a win, equal hardware and I can carry a little smaller phone and lighter phone

Personally, the size never bothers me. I prefer to get the best possible specs, in this case, it translates to better battery life, a bigger screen, faster Qi2 and wired charging speeds.

Obviously, it's very subjective, and if the big size doesn't work, then the smaller Pro is a great option. I agree, it's not that big of a difference if you prefer the smaller screen.

For example, I get both the Max and regular Pro iPhone versions every year. I love the usability of the smaller Pro, but always end up with the Max as my daily driver. Same with the Pixel, have tried the regular Pro before and always end up liking the XL version.
