please help with htc evo 3d

i got a sprint htc evo 3d i cant load a rom to see what version im on but every time i start my phone there no boot that loads i flashed alot of roms but none load so u relocked my phone and when i try to install the ruu update a get a error code saying i got the wrong update help please :-\

Power button volume down boot to h boot system restore wipe it restore it and it should go to a new from pm me I don't have this phone but I can prolly help throw ideas and it should say s off if you got s off you should be good

Thanks for the help I got it back to factory settings and made a stupid decision I updadted to hboot 1.58 ics 4.0.3 sense 3.6 but I can't find out how to root again

If you're s off you should still be rooted.
