So I have an unrooted Evo Design from Boost Mobile with ICS. Today I was updated the Google Chrome app and my phone suddenetly turned off. Now it's on bootloop and I can't factory reset it or anything because it stays frozen on the 3 androids whenever I do choose factory reset. Please help, I'm a noob with ROMs and all that stuff. I have heard something about an img? but i have no idea on how to install that on my phone.

Download from here and do everything the ruu tells you to do and there you go you will have a fixed phone!

Okay so apperently I have to have bootloader unlocked to run the ruu? Because I downloaded it but it's not giving me an option to load from the sd card.
You have to use the command prompt on your computer and type fastboot own lock and there you go your bootloader is locked
