I have a Droid RAZR that Verizon sold me and it was the ones that were on display and it wont update to ICS its rooted
System Version: 6.11.910.XT912.Verizon.en.US
Android Version:2.3.5
Base Band CDMA

Well it's probably cause you're rooted.

Are you saying verizon sold you a display model phone? Why? Did you pay full price? If so take that garbage back and get a brand new one. It wasn't rooted when you got it was it..?
