OK so I have the Kyocera Rise from Virgin Mobile and I am so fed up with it!!!! When I had got the phone back in November of 2012 it was great! The battery life was good, it was fast I mean I technically loved the phone but now I despise it. It randomly shuts on and off about 10 times a day, the power off message would pop up and seconds later it just shuts off and back on. Most of the time it'll power on and shut right back off!! Then the screen would just flash on and off I mean this is such a headache. The battery life is awful the phone is SLOW!!!!! Does anyone know what the problem could be??:'(

Factory reset (backup all your data before hand) and let it fully charge. Don't install apps until you are able to give it a good charge and use it for a few hours to make sure everything is ok. If everything seems good then re-install your apps one-by-one and see if there is a certain app causing problems.
