Please recommend a good wi-fi tethering app for a Samsung Galaxy S4 cellphone.

1. You have to have a tethering account on most carriers. If you don't, and they require it, they'll just ignore the tethered device.

2. Any tethering app (including the one in the phone) is about the same - they're just routers.
