OP, if all you want these is for phone calls, I'll second recommending the Plantronics MX200; have had several pairs over the years & really like them.

Won't work with most Android phones. No idea the reason why but I do know many have returned or lost money trying to use with a non iPhone device

my iPhone headsets have worked flawlessly on my OG HTC EVO 4G and my Sprint G-Nex.

The new earpods work awesome with the DNA, didn't work for talking with my Thunderbolt. I also have had a pair of skull-candy earphones that work really well. I don't like the headphones that "seal" your ear, so have stayed with the earbud versions and they work fine.

Thanks all. I bought the Apple earpods and they work very well. I think it is the best earphone/microphone I have owned. I have problems with my DNA's microphone and people complain that my speech sounds static. So I had been looking and trying various earphones/microphones. Glad I have found Apple earpods!

Any ideas on why my DNA sounds static?

I've never had anybody tell me they've had problems hearing me. I can definitely tell when I'm talking to somebody using a Samsung G2, 3 or 4 though, especially on ATT...
