Welcome to Android Central! belodion is on the right track. Try changing your wallpaper to one of the preinstalled ones and see if it goes away.

It seems like u set it up, why don't u try using different settings of notifications, font size and style, widget size, screen zoom, camera cutout, wallpapers... and try again.
