plugging in charger causes bluetooth to turn on

All of a sudden (about a week after the update) when I plug a charger into my One (HTC One OEM charger or any other one I own) my bluetooth turns on and my Car Mode comes one (I don't have car mode setup to automatically come on with bluetooth). When I unplug it bluetooth turns off. I've also had it go back to the home screen while doing other things, had my sound quit one day, and had my facial recognition screen stop coming up. I had to reset the phone or turn it off to fix the sound and facial recognition problem but nothing seems to fix the bluetooth problem when charging. Anyone else seen this problem?

I did find a fix to one of the problems immediately after posting the question. I turned off automatically connect to my bluetooth devices (in the car mode app) and now it doesn't come on when I plug in the charger but I shouldn't have to do that, correct?

Great, after I turned off the setting in car mode it worked for about 10 minutes and now it says USB device plugged in, cannot charge. And it isn't charging.
