Hello, I have a panasonic eluga I8 and i use it from almost a year.it has 32 gb storage. Few days ago I have to download an app and I downloaded it and then I got a notification that my storage is full. So I went to the settings and saw that system took around 4 gb and tried many days solving it, then I left the system folder and tried deleting many apps and configuring it . I couldn't, I had a guest account and saw that it took 13 gb storage . Today I deleted the guest account and then I thought the problem is solved, I went to settings and saw that the system folder now took 20 gb storage, and the game folder took 4 gb storage, I have battleground mobile india which took almost less than a gb. Even problem is not that. The problem is when I try to open system folder to see what is there it tells me that there are Android 9 files and never let me get in to the folder. Plez let me no that what should I do to my system folder and my game folder 🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭

Welcome to the forums.

Unfortunately, there may be little you can do to handle your storage problem. 32 GB is extremely low for today's phones and it's not surprising much of it is taken up by the system files. Speaking of system files and folders, you'll be best to leave them alone. You are being blocked from accessing them for a reason, as those are the necessary files that let your phone run. If you start deleting those, you can cause severe problems, including rendering your phone completely unusable.

You can try clearing the cache like B. Diddy suggested, but that will be a temporary solution to a long term problem (assuming it helps at all). Long term, you'll need to replace the phone all together for something better.
