My phone has been waking up in my pocket and causing all sorts of problems like starting music, pocket dial etc. Yes, I have the toggle switched on which is supposed to avoid accidental pocket awakage but still no bueno. I'm thinking it's the double tap to wake option.

Anyone experiencing this?

I have the accidental touch option enabled as well as double tap and I don't have this problem. But I also make it a point to put the screen facing away while in my pocket.

I also have my lock settings set to lock as soon as I press the power button or with 1 minute of inactivity.

Make sure "Lift to wake" is turned off, that could be causing it.

This has never happened to me before yet since reading this post its happened twice lol

I'm going to turn off lift to wake hopefully it'll help

The proximity sensor does not seem to be working.
I cover it to duplicate it being in a pocket and the AOD does not go off like on the S9.
Not sure why this is occuring...

Mav.

Edit: I still have my S9+ and laid it next to the S10+.
AOD on. Face up. Covered both with a towel to duplicate them in a pocket. After a few seconds, the S9 screen went off and the S10 did not.
Verified proximity sensor error.

I sent a report to Samsung about this, using the SamsungMembers app.
Maybe a few other people could do this, just open SamsungMembers app, tap the question mark, lower right of the screen, tap "send feedback"
