Podcast app

I am thinking of adding and android to my arsenal but one thing I require is a good podcast player. Here is what it has to do:

1. Be able to easily add podcasts, preferably through search but I can do it manually if need be.
2. Download them automatically over EVDO.
3. Remember where I left off when I resume.

Does one exists that meets these requirements?

Google Listen will do 1 & 2. If you close the app after pausing the podcast, it will be ready to resume from the same place when you re-open it.
