Pokemon GO crashing

Hello so i catched my first pokemon and after that when i want to go to shop,my game crashes.I launch it and after like 10 seconds it immediate crash.Any solution on this ? Im using Huawei G6 L11,android version 4.4 KitKat B370

I would try uninstalling and re-installing. I would also turn off the Music and Sounds. Play around and see if it crashes again. If not, try turning on the sound again and see if that causes the crash.

I normally tell people to turn off the music because the game is REALLY buggy and having music/sound on together has caused many issues with my friends. If you have a mid range device, having sounds on will cause plenty of lag.

I would suggest to try clearing the cache of the game (or data, since your account is already linked anyway), but other than that, it might even be a server issue. The game's servers haven't exactly catch up to the high demand.

Also, I hope you read this BEFORE catching your first Pokemon. I know I wish I had known about it before I started playing

Oh, yeah, if I left notification sounds ON, the moment I got one the game would mute and would start to get laggy.

I would suggest going into the game settings and turning the sounds off. Muting helps, but on my sons tablet, that wasn't enough, he had to actually disable the sounds in the game.

How did you install Pokemon Go on a huawei G6 l11? I have the same phone but i can't find any links. Can you explain how did you dowload the game on your phone please?

My pokemon go keeps closing on me. When i open it in the beginnig its all fine but when i get to the loadind screen after i register it shows the message of "be aware to your surroundings..." and when i press the "ok" button the app closes. Please anyone help

I get the same problem. Only solution mates could give was turn off WIFI, data and GPS then laod the game. After close the game turn on the WIFI and then reboot the game. This solution has worked for some people but not for me. Only other solution is delete the game wait a day or two then redownload it and trying again this solution didn't work for me. I wont to play the game ASAP but game reaches the Garados loading screen berfore giving the warning and then refusing to acnolige that i pushed the OK button before closing the game.

Yes! This happens to me too! Sometimes I put my Sound Profile to Silent to cut down on laggy-ness/crashes.
