Polaris Office shortcut

Today I had a system update which ended up being 4.1, Polaris Office showed up in my apps, briefly, now the app is gone and the play store says not compatible with my device. I can still access it ONLY if I do a Google search. What is going on? How did the app just disappear from my phone?

I think this might help you.. after experiencing similar problems I went into a phone shop and they recommended that I reset my phone. Now following this advice I decided to ignore it because I don't want to reset my phone. Anyway as you'll see in the image I found an app that told me where Polaris Office is located, incase the location is different for you the app is called "root app delete". Once you've found the apk youmaybe able to uninstall it, if not you may have to root your device... I haven't tried this yet as I haven't had time, but I hope it works for you. You can then pick an .apk file up off google and install it, saving it to the same location of you wish. Be sure to allow installations of non market apps in your security settings. Best of luck
