Okay, that is a new one for me? Could there be another person ordering that is getting it shipped there? Or did you perhaps pre order one device and change it later?Anyone else get an email right after preordering from Samsung saying they put order in hold due to "another trade in order already associated with address"? Called Samsung (waited 84 min), rep said they're having lots of technical issues, many people are getting same email & flooding the support lines. They gave me a ticket number, said they're hoping to resolve in a few days and to call back next week if I don't get another email saying that it's been resolved.
Assume they did give you the trade in credit?
I was getting an error about too many trade-ins in my cart when checking out but that went away and my CC was charged and so forth, no additional email about my trade in address.
But, as many have said these launches do have there issues.
You did the exact correct thing by calling and doing a case with Samsung... Save the emails/communications as I'm sure this will clear up when they confirm it is only 1 trade in?
