Talk with verizon people. Seems like network problem to me. can you verify the speed on other phone with same service and in same area.

Make sure your Network mode is set to LTE/CDMA in your Mobile Network settings.

4g thats old school LTE ^^^ above answer sounds correct

Also check the 'Downdetector' website to see if there's a network issue in your area. That turned out to be the cause of my signal issue. The next day, signal returned to normal.
