Poor picture quality for facial recognition

How can I improve the facial recognition quality on a phone when I am trying to recover an account. Or something. Do hd camera apps improve the quality of the camera or is that not how it works?

Welcome to Android Central! The camera quality should be good enough for facial recognition. If it's not recognizing your face (and you're indeed the one who set up face recognition), then it's more likely a glitch with the camera or the software. You should still be able to use the PIN/password you created -- or did you forget that?

No. I am trying to do a facial recognition to verify my identity to cash out funds on an account that is fairly new and has not cashed out before. It's the initial facial recognition that is not being accepted. Does that kinda make sense?

Can you contact customer support for that financial account? It may have more to do with their app or website.
