Hello,
I recently bought an LG G6 (Asian version, V10m) for photographic prowess and relatively affordable price.
The phone is not supposed to be repackaged. However I am really disappointed with the photo quality.
I find the details too smooth, pixelated (even with low ISO in daylight) and I do not even talk about front camera- selfies are very vague, poor, worse than on my wiko pulp 4 g. I've already read an article about the differences between the overhead focal L6 G6 but mine, according to the metadata, is ok, the focal length 2.01 mm.
Now, is this quality normal?

The phone is under warranty.
Do you think it is a manufacturing defect? Or just the classic performance of this device?

I read that some people had the same problem

The HDR + installation of google pixel is compatible with the Asian version of Lg (V10M) ?

Thank you for your answers.

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be sure -- there's no protective plastic film over the camera glass, is there?

Assuming there is no film over the glass, pictures do look soft on the G6. Meaning the details are smoothed out and lost on the G6 due to LG's post processing. It's something I noticed in pictures I took with my G6 compared to my Pixel 2 when I compared them.
