Poor screen resolution

I'd been wondering why text rendered so poorly when zoomed out on the Epic, compared to on LCDs. Found the answer, thought I'd share:

Sigh, we've had this posted waaay too many times. Yes, we know it's PenTile Matrix. Yes, we know there's a screen door effect. And finally, yes, we know that you can get used to it when you're a happy customer being positive about your experience. However, since I'm nice, I will say thanks for the research for all up and coming Epic owners.

BTW, it's not screen resolution, it's just a screen door effect regardless of what ridiculous math the people use to come up with the lower resolution.

I was probably more worriedx aout this 5than amybody, but the fact is that it just isnt an issue. Sure, it is unfortunate, but that is the compromise you make for amoled, and I think that it is woerth it.
