Pop data for a MiFi?

No, you can only get pop data from the My Verizon mobile app.

Where do they say "all devices"? From the FAQ:

Is PopData available for all devices and account types?

To use PopData, you must:

Have a standard monthly account
Use Android™ smartphones, iPhone and iPad
Account must use either the new My Verizon app, or My Verizon app

PopData is not currently available for prepaid accounts or businesses with a signed business agreement.

Could be, because it's always only been accessible from the My Verizon app, and the jetpacks don't have access to that, so it's never been able to add pop data.
