Pop Icon A564C Alarm Not Working Correctly
I set my alarm to wake me at 6:30am and if I shake the phone just a little, the screen goes back to the "lock" screen, and alarm silences for 10 min. If I am VERY careful to bring the phone to me, I can press either "snooze" or "dismiss" buttons. One time i was careful to bring the phone to me and tapped "dismiss" and the screen showed the lock screen with the alarm screen together. I think I may have a bad phone right? Just bought it on eBay, it was new and in the box, sealed. Think it should be returned for another one?
