I've been getting pop-up ads while using AC mobile app. I don't think it has to do with anything else on my phone. Please AC... Put a stop to these if they are coming from you.

It's usually from a App you've recently downloaded go through your Apps and Uninstall them one by one and see if the Ad Goes Away

You are not alone. The AC main app is pushing full screen ads, sometimes including auto play videos. I've suffered that myself while reading an article from the blog. One more thread about this.

Followed spookdroid's advice in the linked thread and left feedback through the app settings.

Why not just install an earlier version of the AC app. I'm using version 3.1.14
This was before they infected the AC app with ads. I'm enjoying ad free android reading.

This is the easiest and logical solution.
You have done what I, and what I assume many others have done
It's pretty unbelievable what has happened regarding advertising on this site. Android Central used to have quality journalism, but sadly now the only real interest is in the forums.

The pop up are out of control. This is the only app that will play a music pop when I have my phone on mute. Really sad how this site and app has just chased the money and made me start to look for another place to get my Android news.
