Popcorn Kernels?

I was just wondering what a Popcorn Kernel does for a custom rom. Is there a Kernel for the Eclipse rom? Thanks!

The eclipse zip has a stock kernel attached to it. Most people are running eclipse with popcorn with great results.

I am running eclipse with the blitzkrieg kernel. I prefer that due to the lag free governor.
