Popup ads every 30 seconds...

I have the new Samsung Galaxy S 10.5 tablet and I now have these ads popping up every 30 seconds or so. Does anyone know how to deal with this? I'm assuming I have some kind of Adware infection or some kind of spyware maybe? Hope to get some answers... thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! Do they pop up only while using your browser, or any time on the tablet? If the latter, it's probably due to some game you installed that came with adware. You could try installing something like Lookout's Ad-Network Detector and Scanner or TrustGo Ad Detector. Also, check the reviews of your games on Google Play--see if other people complain about ads. You ultimately may have to uninstall apps one by one until the ads go away.

Thanks. What I ended up doing is doing a factory reset and cleared everything. Then I installed adware and virus apps and then reloaded my games and other apps. So far so good, but then my menu and back touch buttons blink occasionally. Not sure what's causing that.
