Portable Aukey Battery not working with Axon 7 anymore

Hello all,
I bought an external portable Aukey battery that was working fine until I don't know what happened...
This is the model I'm talking about:

When I plug it to my phone, it starts to charge, and then stops. I have 3 identical devices, and they all do the same thing. I have changed the USB cable, same story.
If I plug my phone to another QC3 charger, portable or electrical, it works. But not with this device.
It used to work some weeks ago, and then I upgraded the firmware from B03 to B08. I haven't used them since.
Anyone noticed something like that? No problem with external chargers?

How long have you had the battery? It could be depleted meaning its no longer holding a charge. Or, you could have a defective unit. If it was just purchased recently then contact the manufacturer to see if they will warranty it.
