Edit, just flashed it using the directions in shabbypenguins post but it wont go to recovery. I didn't see any errors that showed any thing weird.

I flashed it but it shows the LG logo 3 times then boots the phone

So I input all the files on the CWM Builder and got a successful output Which is what the site said.

Well I tried it but I might have used the wrong flash_install meathod. It did do some kind of something there was a little android with a triangle around him then it rebooted back into android...

But the first time was HELL.... went in there expecting it to be fine come to find out it was totally different...

second time was fine since I was in a CSH at the time, had mortar fire all the time though.... none of us got hit.. but I was hit by a shockwave from one, tore a muscle in my knee

Cool , I got plenty of free time. When I'm on land all I do is push papers until I get a field assignment or i ask to get transferred to a field office. I got all the time in the world. ^_____^

I'm in med school, but not smart enough for this crap. I'll probably do military medicine so I won't get sued... ha!

Yeah it might just be I'm not Pushing or flash_instal 'ing it correctly. The guys who've weve been using for the mounts and stuff that came by way of recovery.fstab and other files and are in the archive from the above post.

Also I found this post here:

He says he will make recoveries if we can give him a few files,.... Don't know mabey talk to him. Also if theres anyway we can see exactly the way to install, now that we have it being built (hopefully it was easy) using the clockworkmod site, I think thats atleast what I'm going to look into. It seems most phones are as different as anything.

Also just so you know, there is a regular bootloader on this phone. After I bricked my phone by putting on the LG Lucid recovery, which was CWM, I redownloaded Rom Manager and without installing any Recovery or Roms, I just used Rom Manager to boot into recovery and it think it was the basic recovery that you can flash update.zip and such. There were only 4 lines but i flashed yalls right after that so i kinda forgot.

could this be doing something to the recovery /dev/block/mmcblk0p30 /LGE_RC? could that stand for LGE_Recovery Console?

What commands did you use to install it? I tried what should have worked but I never seen recovery, all it did was reboot

I had a phone where it WOULD NOT backup the stock ROM. AND it was also a LG. Must be a LGE thing.

But if you wouldn't mind posting the commands it.would be awesome. Also, did you use command.prompt or terminal emulator

I used these commands from ShabbyPenquis AIO-Root and CWM Install,...

adb push cwmrecovery.img /data/local/tmp/cwmrecovery.img
adb shell "rm /system/etc/install-recovery.sh"
adb shell "rm /system/recovery-from-boot.p"
adb shell "dd if=/data/local/tmp/cwmrecovery.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p13 bs=4096"

This is if you put the recovery in the / folder i think on the phone ,... I tried it a few times then got into CWM

The cwm we have don't work properly yet, I've started working with a dev from the optimus line of phones to get a different recovery ported. So far it loads and mounts partitions but still has a few issues to work out.
