Porting HTC Sense to Captivate?

After I root the phone. How would I go about doing it? Or if I could just get the HTC Sense Clock Widget and Weather widget on it without rooting that would be great. Is that possible? And if it is would I be able to put them on with Launcher Pro?

You need mad skillz to port that over. Just get Beautiful Widgets from the market place. its better
