I have a T-Mobile Samsung Exhibit 2 4G and have been using a no-contract service. My wife has a simple flip phone with Verizon service through her employer. Does anyone know if it is possible to port her Verizon number to the Samsung? Thanks.

Yes. No reason why you shouldn't be able to!

I've done a number of ports between AT&T, Virgin Mobile, and T-Mobile without any trouble. I'm sure Verizon will be no different.

I contacted Verizon and they said, "no can do". Maybe I should have explained what I want to do a little better. I want my wife to be able to use a T-Mobile phone on the Verizon system. Can that be done?

What should be it and how it is.

Yeah, since you word it that way, the answer is no. The Exhibit is a GSM phone, which requires a sim card. Verizon uses CDMA phones, which don't use sim cards. Can't use a GSM phone on a CDMA carrier.
