Porting number from T-Mobile

When porting your phone number, you usually need your name, account number and PIN / password. Has anyone ported their number from T-Mobile? What PIN or password do you need? I don't recall setting one up for the account. I assume the password I use on the My T-Mobile site is not what is needed...

When I ported from AT&T to T-Mobile they asked for my PIN. I called AT&T and they gave me the PIN. I would just call T-Mobile.
