Return it wait a couple of days and then repurchase it.....
It will start a new 14 days

I think constantly running navigation is considered heavy usage but I could be wrong, I use my constantly for web browsing, fb, checking email and phone calls throughout the day and I average about 12 to 15 hours

No, it uses the remainder of your 14 day period. If you return it, then repurchase the next day it will start a new 14 day period....

:Update: I have had my New Maxx for 5 days now, and am Happy to report that i MUST of had a Badd Battery with the old one! The First Maxx i had the very most i could Squeeze out of it was "15 Hrs" with Moderate Usage. On the 8th Day with the OLD razr Maxx, I got 15 hrs of Moderate Usage. Yesturday was the 4th day i have had the NEW Maxx, and i got "26 Hrs! with Moderate usage. I think this New Maxx is def. a Keeper.. (^_^)
